Overview

Kte Lyoströ Vrët was founded durring the early 9th century, by Bhocnodi Shreemedo. The establishment of Kte Lyoströ Vrët was somewhat plagued by a lack of willing colonists, leading to Bhocnodi Shreemedo electing to pay people to resettle in Kte Lyoströ Vrët.

Kte Lyoströ Vrët was built using the conventions of Wood Elven durring the early 9th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Kte Lyoströ Vrët is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature masoned stone construction which prominantly features pointed arches, pointed ribbed vault cielings, flying buttress', and window tracery all of which share a simmilar gemoetetic patern halfway between organic and inorganic in design formaing a very distinct aesthetically integrated style. BUildings tend to reach for the havens, and more expencive homes are easily identified by their floor count as well as the addition of decorative features intigrated into the building's design such as statues, gargoyals, and embelished joinery.

Kte Lyoströ Vrët is is constructed arround a series of restrictive baked earthen mainstreets which form concentric circles, with smaller strait roads linking the circiles to each other at varrious points. The town rests behind the absurdity that is a thick, timber braced, wall made of clay bricks. While visualy impressive and certainly an astetic, Kte Lyoströ Vrët's wall provides no actual defence against siege equipment due to the choice of its cosntruction materials. Even nonexperts can tell the town is trying to impress rather than defend with its walls, towers, and gatehouses. Though admittedly, they do look nice... To primitive tribals who have never seen fortifications before. Kte Lyoströ Vrët's political statment focused walls are in an unremarkable state. To some, this is the ideal sate for defences to be in. In need of absoutly nothing, and ready to serve the town as needed.

A look around Kte Lyoströ Vrët gives you an uneasy feeling. Everything is just a little too worn down, a little too dirty, or both. No one makes eye contact. Kids play quietly, but happily. Occasionally a passerby glances at you out of the corner of their eye, staring just long enough for it to be uncomfortable. A second look around Kte Lyoströ Vrët makes it abundantly clear the town suffered something horrible some time ago. It's as if the town itself is depressed. Smiles are few, cheer is nowhere to be had.
